Shipping Policy

How It Works


HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

SHIPPING IS FREE if you select standard shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous United States.  Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or APO/FPO/DOP addresses. 


DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? 

Yes. You can select an expedited delivery option. Expedited rate options with charge estimates are available at checkout.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TILL I GET MY PACKAGE? 

 Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.    We do our best to get your order out the door and on its way the business day after you place it.  FedEx, USPS, and UPS do not make guarantees on transit times due to unforseen factors, such as weather.


Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee that is just right for you.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at 316-461-4329 or email us at stan@mjcoffeehouse.com within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange.  Please have your original packaging available when you call.
We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received.  Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase.
Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.
