About the event
Catherine Menefee is a poet and fiction writer. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing: Poetry from Wichita State University. Her focus on sharing poetry online led to her debut book, Witness: One American Year, which chronicles a timeline of 2024. Both deeply personal and widely relevant, her poetry interprets current events and social movements through the lens of individual experience. She lives in Bel Aire with her husband, two children, and assorted pets.
Nature lover, science educator, piano technician, photographer, mother, and grandmother, Ann Christine Fell lives on the edge of the scenic Kansas Flint Hills with her husband, her grandson, and her piano. She is the author of several novels, including Firestorm Sonata, the third in a series of award-winning dramatic stories featuring pianos and their families.
